£5,949 - £6,027 per annum (FTE £22,011 - £22,300)

We are now seeking two dedicated Facility Supervisors to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our 3G pitch and its associated facilities at the LNER Stadium are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for all. THE ROLE
As a Facility Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the 3G football facility, ensuring it operates smoothly and meets the high standards expected by our users. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out facility inspections and minor maintenance tasks

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to facility users

  • Supporting health and safety compliance, including risk assessments

  • Managing cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of hygiene

  • Ensuring the facility is secure at all times

  • Collaborating with the Operations Leader to address maintenance needs and liaise with contractors when necessary

 

The role involves working outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends, as part of a shared schedule.

 

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, reliable, and proactive. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in customer service and/or managing sports or community facilities

  • Possess knowledge of Health & Safety practices and procedures

  • Be confident in solving problems and responding effectively in emergencies

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills

  • Be IT literate and comfortable using booking systems, email, and basic reporting tools
