Matty Virtue has recently paid a visit to Lincoln City Foundation’s BTEC students as part of the EFL Week of Action.
Virtue visited students of the Foundation’s BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport programme and was involved in a question and answer session with the class.
The students asked questions about a range of topics, including the life of a footballer, recovery and rehabilitation and what he gets up to in his time away from football.
The Foundation’s head of education and employability, Nicola Barker said:
“It was great to have Matty attend one of our classes and for him to answer the questions the group had.
“It provided us with a real insight into the life of a professional footballer, and the students all got a lot out of the session.”
