Love Local: What I love about Lincolnshire Part 2.

Following on from Alice's Blog about what she love about Lincolnshire, Kat steps up to the plate to share what she loves most about Lincoln and beyond.


The Cathedral! The fact it can be seen from miles away always used to amaze me when I was younger and when I had been away for holidays with my grandparents as soon as I could see the cathedral I knew I was nearly home.

The amount of RAF bases there are around Lincolnshire! Coming from an RAF background knowing the impact that the Lincolnshire based RAF squadrons had on the war.

The amount of peaceful rural areas there is where you can get that feeling of escape without having to travel miles away!

Specifically, around Sincil Bank, the murals which are on the side of some of the houses, it’s a statement and gets people's attention creating conversation.
