LINCOLN CITY
OPEN DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

Using our Lincoln City syllabus, we deliver weekly sessions to develop players' talent in an inclusive, fun learning environment. Our Open Development Centre is open to all young footballers who wish to develop their skills further.

Our team of coaches come with vast experience and focuses on different skills each week, aiming to improve the technical aspects of players whilst reinforcing individual tactics through the use of small-sided games.

Using the four corner model with a player-centred approach we aim to develop the person as well as the player and engage them to continue to learn and love the sport.

Players can potentially progress through our pathway from the Open Development Centre.

Price: Monthly payments of £25 a month until (and including) August 2025

Meet our Graduates who have progressed into the Academy

Cai

I've loved training with the Lincoln City Foundation.  When I was in the Development Centre, I learned about the importance of defending and it inspired me to work hard in the Regional Development Centre to become the best defender I can be.

I did a year at the ODC and a year at the RDC. I really enjoyed both and was pushed by the high standard of coaching and other players

I learned the importance of playing as a team and working together as one unit.  Whilst trying my best in every session and listening to my coach.

I learned to keep the ball better and to make new friends from different places. I also learnt a solution to different cases in football.

Looking for something else....
