We are extremely proud to continue strengthening our Lincoln City Girls Pathway which has now had its first successful season. The programme aims to give talented female players in the local area an opportunity to develop and represent the Lincoln City badge in an elite programme. The programme as it progresses will have substantial opportunities to develop and improve players holistically whilst staying at their grassroots club. The academy structure will provide the players with elite training delivered by highly experienced and qualified staff and opportunities closer to home for many talented young female footballers. This programme is the first step in ensuring our female players have the same opportunities as their male counterparts in our region.
