WORK PLACEMENTS
Learn on the Job
Our degree builds upon experiences at Level 3, but if you haven’t done our level 3, don’t worry, we can guide you into some fantastic opportunities. At year 1 you are required to complete at least 10 hours of work placement per week over the academic year in at least two areas.
Areas include but are not limited to: Sports Business, Sports Marketing, Coaching, Teaching, Health & Wellbeing and Football Development.
In year 2 you are required to do 8 hours of work placement per week in one department as you now narrow down your career options.
In year 3 you will embark on an internship with the Foundation, producing some useful resources and research as part of your course, which can then be published and utilised by the Foundation!
How would you like to be the one writing coaching handbooks for our coaches?! It could be you!
